Please note the following when using our booking system.
For ALL members:
- You can reschedule/cancel an appointment up to 8 hours prior.
- Appointments can be booked up to 21 days in advance.
- Make sure you are logging in at the correct studio location. You will already be an existing user – use the email you have provided us at registration to login.
- You can either “Reschedule” an appointment, or “Cancel” an appointment and schedule another appointment immediately afterwards. If you don’t reschedule the appointment we will issue you a credit which can be used to book the lesson at a future date.
- Schedule additional appointments to use your credit. You can check your credit from “My Profile”. If you don’t have credit we will contact you to confirm you are happy to incur the additional fee for the appointment.
- Don’t book a group session or duo lesson unless it is with your regular group or duo partner.
- If you wish to take leave and have your membership paused, submit the Notice Of Leave request. We will cancel your appointments in this case and adjust your fee schedule accordingly. If you cancel appointments, we will only issue credit accordingly.
For members in GROUP programs:
- Don’t book into other group sessions.
- If you cannot make your weekly group appointment, cancel it and schedule a 30 minute private appointment.
For members in DUO programs:
- Don’t book into other duos.
- If you need to reschedule, try to arrange it with your duo partner so they can also reschedule to the same appointment.
- If you need to reschedule and it will just be yourself, book the same length appointment as your usual duo session.
